My bestfriend's wedding....

June 8, 2006. I had terrible sleep because David and I can't figure out how to set the AC to a very comfortable temperature. We even had a fight just because of that damn AC. But fortunately i manage to get some sleep. I had to wake up early so i could prepare my stuff for the wedding, iron David's clothes and help Lotte-lotte for her wedding preparation..(Do her make up and hair).
It was about 8am when i woke up and a few minutes Balot gave me a ring and said that she's ready for her make up. Today is her wedding day! Exciting huh! So, I told her that i'll shower first and i'm on my way to Ana's room. After 30 minutes i was doing her hair. We took pictures of ourselves and just had the most wonderful time with each other. Lotte-lotte has this tierra from Ate Ging that she has borrowed.
When i tried it on Balot's head she looks like she'd won Miss Universe..hehehe.So the three of us took pictures wearing the tierra and our price was my gift for Balot. It was a set of body lotion. Not to mention that the three of us speak the same lingo. Its perfect! We just chatter away and like our mouth is working 24/7. Non-stop!! Oh i really had fun! See my two lovely friend...They're awesome!!
Around 12:30pm everybody was ready. The bride is so beautiful! her make up is amazingly done by..(moi) Jet! and the photography courtesy of Ana. I must say i've never seen Lotte-lotte this happy. Even though her family wasn't there to attend on her wedding day but she manage to be strong. Ana and I also were a big part of the celebration. We've given our best to make her day the most unforgettable day of her life...from California and Wisconsin, with love!
A very long limo was waiting for us at the entrance hall of the Sahara Hotel when we came down to the lobby. We got inside the limo and just about a couple of miles to the White Wedding Chapel took us about 20 minutes ride. FYI, Las Vegas is also known to its horrible traffic lights..geesh. Stop lights to stop light! Anyway, we got to the chapel just in time. We took pictures of the bride. The groom is not suppose to see the bride. Instead of waiting for the wedding to start at the main lobby of the chapel, we were escorted by our nice limo driver to the flower shop. There we saw ELVIS! The bride had her chance to have a picture together with Elvis ( Fake na Elvis ).
A few minutes then on we were called by the reception to enter the chapel because the ceremony will start in a few. Ron (the groom) was waiting in the chapel together with his bro waiting for the bride. The scene was static! Everbody was all excited to see these lovely individuals become a couple in sacred matrimony.
I have never seen Balot so radiant before. This is the day that she has been waiting for. She marched down the isle with all happiness filled her heart knowing that Ron will be there to take her as His Wife forever.
I have shed a tear seeing my bestfriend getting married. As if it was my wedding..hehehe. It was so emotional that day. I saw Ron's sincerity for taking balot as his wife. It was nice to know that my friend will be pampered and love forever. Then Balot, she's excited! She keep on smiling and giggling..hahaha! I don't know why..lol
After the ceremony, then picture taking! Balot gave her Mother in Law a big tight hug telling her that she appreciate all the support that Mom has been providing her. That Balot doesn't have anybody to rely on except her new family..awww nakahilak na sad ko!!
To Ron and Lotte2...Congratulations and Best wishes. May you have a blissful marriage and keep the love flaming forever. Take care of each other, love each other, understanding, patience and respect each other. Communication is very important too. Always talk even if it is nonesense..lol. As long as you both share thoughts with each other :)
David and I are happy to know that you guys tied the knot! congrats!
